Job Description:
A Business Development Manager drives growth across key Corporate, Government & Business accounts by identifying and converting sales leads into new business opportunities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio by delivering tailored solutions and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development and sales, with exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and convert sales leads into new business opportunities
* Maintain and grow existing business by developing strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned market segments, contributing to revenue and market share growth
* Coordinate and host familiarisations and site inspections
* Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of Corporate, Government, and Business clients, ensuring service excellence and high levels of satisfaction
* Conduct telemarketing outreach to proactively engage prospects, generate qualified leads, and secure appointments or opportunities for conversion
Requirements
* Proven experience and success in business development and sales
* Confidence in conducting telemarketing outreach
* Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting or exceeding revenue targets
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
