About the role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Project / Office Administrator to join our team on a casual basis. This is a varied role supporting both project delivery and day-to-day office operations. The position offers flexibility and would suit someone looking for part-time work, with the potential to increase hours over time as the business grows.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, agendas and follow-ups
• Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions
• Managing team calendars
• Providing administrative support across projects
• Preparing and formatting reports, correspondence and project documentation
• General office administration including emails, calls and organisation
• Coordinating office operations and maintaining a well-presented workspace
• Assisting with meeting room setup and client hospitality
• Supporting marketing materials and document formatting
• Assisting with general business administration tasks
About you
You are:
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Professional, reliable and proactive
• A strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
You will ideally have:
• Experience in administration, office support or project coordination
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Experience in a project, construction, property or professional services environment is highly regarded but not essential.
