Building Consultant Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Building Consultant to provide expert advice on building repairs in our CRD Team located within a regional office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and domestic building practices, understanding building regulations, codes, and standards, and be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret technical building matters.
Key responsibilities include conducting site visits and inspections of properties and buildings to identify defects, evaluating compliance, and identifying liabilities in relevance to the project. The consultant will also prepare detailed reports that document causes of failure, extent of loss, and recommended remediation.
