Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support a team of engineers in delivering engineering artefacts on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Foster growth and development within the team, promoting technical excellence and innovation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of engineering outcomes.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve engineering processes and systems, driving continuous improvement throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in relatable technical/engineering roles, with a strong background in facilities, infrastructure or systems engineering.
* Good understanding of applicable engineering toolsets, including PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation and analysis software.
* Knowledge of Facility Monitoring principles, especially in defence environments.
* Experience in Civil/Infrastructure development and installation projects.
* Knowledge of Production Quality Control processes and lean six-sigma manufacturing principles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
