About the role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our team at Davidson White Accountants in Albury, on a part time basis.
As the first point of contact for our clients, this role plays a vital part in creating a positive and welcoming impression of our firm.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-presented at all times
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence efficiently
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team as required
- Assisting with general office duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software
- A professional, courteous and helpful attitude
