Head Of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a company's operations. This role involves implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency, manage logistics, and drive business growth.
* Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Supply Chain Logistics (mandatory)
* Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and also part of a team
* Strong decision-making skills
* Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
