What You'll Do
- Manage daily composting operations and ensure optimal processing efficiency
- Lead and develop a team of operators and technicians
- Monitor product quality and compliance with environmental regulations
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment performance
- Build relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Proven management experience in composting, agriculture, waste management, or related industries
- Strong understanding of organic waste processing and environmental compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications in environmental science, agronomy, engineering, or similar field preferred
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NSW
