The Position
Join our team as a Strata Assistant (internally referred to as ACM) and play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of strata properties. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulations, delivering exceptional customer service.
You will assist a Community Manager in managing a portfolio of strata properties/body corporates and have a variety of responsibilities including:
Prompt and effective responses to emails and phone calls
Writing correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes
Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines
Attendance at some meetings
Managing diaries and schedules
Establishing strong client relationships
About You
The most successful Assistant Community Managers excel in the following areas:
Time management and prioritisation skills
High attention to detail
Ability to absorb a lot of current information quickly
Willing to listen and learn
Professional in written and verbal communication
High level of customer service and problem solving skills
The ability to use multiple software applications (some of ours include BCMax, Microsoft Office, Teams)
While strata or real estate experience is preferred, we encourage administration professionals to apply.
