About the Role
As a Field Support Specialist, you will:
* Provide exceptional clinical support in hospital and theatre environments for trauma and elective cases.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers, as well as within your own team.
* Deliver product education and training through in-servicing, workshops, and hands-on support.
* Ensure the timely and efficient management of inventory and product logistics.
* Act as a reliable point of contact for our customers, offering solutions and maintaining a high standard of service.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in a medical-related field or equivalent experience.
* Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (theatre experience highly desirable).
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
* Confidence in delivering training sessions and effective communication.
* A commitment to customer service excellence and a team-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility for on-call support and after-hours service.
