Reporting into leadership, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts while driving new business growth across Victoria. This is a hands-on, end-to-end sales role from opportunity identification through to quote, order management and delivery.
You will leverage tools such as BCI to build a forward pipeline, engaging with builders, developers, engineers and procurement teams early in the project lifecycle. The role requires a balance of commercial acumen and operational follow-through, ensuring projects are executed in line with client expectations.
Working closely with internal engineering, production and logistics teams, you will play a key role in aligning customer requirements with manufacturing capability.
We are seeking a commercially driven B2B sales or account management professional, ideally from manufacturing, construction or industrial environments. You are proactive, comfortable managing both relationships and process, and motivated by winning and growing business.
