Job Overview
Teach Learn Grow is committed to providing free, outcomes-targeted tutoring and mentoring to rural and remote primary school students. The successful candidate will oversee the logistics of our Rural Program in WA and NSW, manage the operational calendar, and support the High School Immersion Program.
* Oversight of program operations and volunteer team management.
* Liaison with senior leadership on operational matters and new program development support.
* Accurate record maintenance, twice-yearly impact report preparation, and policy implementation.
* Leadership of five dedicated volunteer teams (Logistics, Program Support, Education, NSW Systems).
