HR Graduate Opportunity
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in human resources, with the ability to administer employee lifecycle processes, manage employment documentation and coordinate employee changes. This role requires a motivated individual who can identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to key People programs.
* Administer various HR activities, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
* Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts and benefit plans.
* Coordinate employee separations, transfers, and promotions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Assist with the development of HR strategies and initiatives, providing input on system improvements and reporting requirements.
* Support the design and implementation of employee engagement programs and workforce planning initiatives.
