We are seeking a skilled professional to manage sales activities in Western Australia for our Operating Room (OR) Equipment and Surgical Solutions portfolio.
About the Role
 * Direct day-to-day field sales responsibilities, representing the entire assigned product portfolio within a specific designated geographic territory.
 * Regularly review priority accounts and develop tactical sales plans to maintain existing business and acquire new business for the company.
 * Drive the use of corporate CRM, ensuring accurate and streamlined customer data and communications across appointed regions.
 * Identify opportunities for new account generation where there is no current presence, through high sales activity and customer engagement.
 * Maintain thorough understanding of customer objectives, purchasing criteria, and decision-making processes relative to the market, forming long-term mutually beneficial customer partnerships.
 * Respond promptly to customer enquiries and needs related to assigned product portfolio.
 * Travel as necessary to optimize portfolio exposure within designated territories, attending industry events as required.
 * Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and market intelligence within the corporate CRM.
 * Develop and implement territory business plans with national sales manager, providing timely reports.
 * Pursue ongoing market/product/service research to enhance assigned product portfolio offerings.
 * Collaborate with national sales manager and head of sales on annual sales forecasting, business plan development, and revenue growth initiatives.
 * Foster effective communication with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve product reliability issues within assigned territory, communicating with customers until resolution.
Requirements
 * Significant experience in medical device or capital equipment sales.
 * Previous field sales experience in business-to-business capacity highly valued.
 * Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
 * Able to travel at least 50%.
 * Strong customer service attributes, listening and comprehension skills.
