* W2 Contract, 12 Months
Responsibilities
* Performs a variety of support functions to support the department.
* Handles multiple projects and may assist in compiling data and generating reports.
Required Skills & Experience
* High school degree or equivalent.
* Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
* Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
* Basic understanding of databases.
* Good command of english both oral and written and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of touch typing system.
* Equipment Specifications:
* Dual monitors -- to have Teams/Outlook open
* Keyboard with 10 key number pad
* Windows 10 or 11
* ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher
* Minimum screen resolution of 1920 X 1080 (higher preferred)
* Laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution
* No Chromebook or Macbook
* Web Camera for Teams meetings
* Headset or external speakers (if none built in) for calls
