**The Role**
We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join a high performing FP&A & BI team. You will work closely with the executive and senior leadership team. This role is designed to produce valuable insights and provide financial information to support decision making across the business.
- Prepare and explain financial modelling for key business stakeholders across, finance, marketing, sales, product & business performance
- Utilise both Excel and available BI tools to identify trends, opportunities and problem areas that will impact strategic decision making
- Provide recommendations to business leaders through financial insights
- Lead the preparation of the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts monthly
- Build strong working relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, to develop strong collaboration and foster effective business outcomes
- Support monthly reporting through analysis of business-critical drivers
- Lead any finance systems upgrades or projects
**Profile**
- CA, CPA or CFA qualified
- Previous background using BI tools to develop dashboards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Happy to be hands on in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to build models from scratch
