* Lead litigation in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA) while maintaining a strong focus on alternative dispute resolution and mediation.
* Mentor junior solicitors and associates, fostering a culture of professional excellence and compassion.
* Champion the firm's core values: providing \"Traditional Service\" through prompt, professional, and honest communication.
* Contribute to the firm's thought leadership via our Media Centre, podcasts, and community engagement.
About You
* Experience: 8+ years PAE with a primary focus on Family Law (Accredited Specialization highly regarded).
* Values-Driven: You believe that litigation should be a last resort and have a proven track record of achieving amicable settlements.
* Leadership: You are an empathetic leader who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping junior staff navigate the emotional complexities of family law.
* Pragmatism: You provide sharp, thoughtful, and direct advice that prioritizes the client's financial and emotional health.
Why Join Us?
* Culture of Recognition: Benefit from our cutting-edge rewards platform and regular team-building events.
* True Work-Life Balance: We offer flexible working arrangements and additional \"wellness\" days off.
* Supportive Infrastructure: Access to the latest legal tech and industry resources, allowing you to focus on the law rather than admin.
