Position Title: General Labourer / Trade Assistant – Dubbo NSW

Olinga Services is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team in Dubbo, NSW. This role combines general labouring duties and basic trade-assistant tasks, supporting our clients across a range of commercial and industrial sites.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Load and unload sandbags onto trains safely and efficiently
* Perform repetitive manual handling and heavy lifting tasks
* Follow instructions from supervisors and site personnel
* Assist trades or site supervisors as required
* Following site procedures and safety requirements
* Working independently and within a team
Minimum Qualifications, Competencies and Experience
* Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
* Good communication and a positive attitude
* Comfortable with manual tasks
* Previous cleaning or labouring experience is an advantage (not essential)
* RIW Card – If you don’t have one, Olinga Services can assist you in obtaining it
* Full working rights in Australia
* Driver’s licence preferred
* Ability to pass pre-employment checks if required
* Obtain (and maintain) Working with Children and Police Checks within 2 weeks of commencement of the role. Police check to be renewed every 5 years.

Training

Pay: $32.00 – $58.00 per hour
