Job Title: ICT Specialist Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ICT specialist technician to manage and maintain our ICT infrastructure in schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering complex enterprise environments, managing school networks and server environments, and providing ICT support services in large learning environments.
* 5+ years of industry experience in the education sector or equivalent senior-level corporate IT support experience
* Hyper-V virtualisation administration
* Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers
* Cloud service administration (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365)
* Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment and administration
* Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching)
* Cisco wireless technologies (controllers, APs)
* SOE and image deployment, with advanced troubleshooting skills
* Experience supporting large fleets of desktops and notebooks
* Experience with 1:1 and BYOD device planning, deployment, and management
