THE ROLE As a Trades Assistant, you will support qualified tradespeople across welding, carpentry, and electrical tasks, playing a key role in preparation, assembly, and general labour to ensure projects run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist tradespeople with preparation, assembly, maintenance, and installations Move, position, and manage tools and materials efficiently Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within workshop and site environments Operate hand and power tools under supervision Follow established WHS protocols and consistently use appropriate PPE Undertake general labouring duties to support timely and high-quality project delivery ABOUT YOU You are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to build your career in construction. With a strong work ethic and commitment to safety, you thrive in a hands-on team environment and take pride in quality outcomes.
