Role Overview
We’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and creatively driven Junior Designer to join our dynamic advertising team. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of creative advertising - crafting impactful design work that connects brands with audiences in fresh, meaningful ways.
As a Junior Designer, you’ll work closely with our creative team to bring campaigns to life across multiple platforms - from concept through to execution. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to produce design solutions that are not only visually striking but strategically smart.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a creative environment that thrives on collaboration, big ideas, and bold thinking.
- Support the development and execution of campaign concepts across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
- Translate creative briefs into engaging, on‑brand design solutions
- Produce compelling visuals, layouts, and mock‑ups that help bring ideas to life
- Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and account teams to ensure creative consistency and quality
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming and ideation sessions, showing enthusiasm for innovation and storytelling
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting project deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, advertising innovations, and emerging technologies – including AI in creative design
- Participate in client presentations and internal reviews with confidence and clarity
What You'll Bring
- Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1–2 years of industry experience preferred, ideally within a creative agency or advertising setting
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and attention to brand strategy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual identity design
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A proactive, positive attitude with the confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative
- Calm and composed under pressure and adaptable to fast‑changing project demands
- A team player who enjoys collaboration and brings energy to a creative group
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver polished, professional work
- Curious about AI and digital innovation in the creative process, with a willingness to explore new tools and techniques
