We are looking for someone with a background in heavy diesel fitting, auto electrician, HV electrician, or boilermaking. A proven track record of leading hand/supervisory experience is essential, as well as the ability to mentor and develop crew members.
As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance and oversight to your colleagues. You will also supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all equipment on site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
