Postgraduate Psychology Academic Position
This role offers the opportunity to inspire and educate future psychologists, preparing them for registration and practice. The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum innovation, accreditation compliance, and multi-modal teaching approaches.
About the Role
The position involves leading postgraduate psychology units, including Master of Clinical Psychology programs. This requires expertise in evidence-based practice, workforce-ready training, and engagement with industry partners.
1. Supervise honours students pursuing research projects relevant to clinical psychology.
2. Maintain a high level of engagement with academic peers through participation in departmental meetings and committee work related to education quality assurance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3. A doctoral qualification (PhD or equivalent) in psychology or a closely related field;
4. Certification as a Psychologist by AHPRA is also required;
5. A strong track record of innovative teaching methods that meet diverse learning needs;
