Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily fleet operations by managing bookings, dispatching equipment, and allocating skilled operators to meet client needs.
* Coordinate maintenance schedules with the workshop manager to ensure all plant and equipment are serviced on time and ready for deployment.
* Liaise with clients to confirm job details, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
* Manage documentation and compliance, including crane paperwork, purchase orders, and billing dockets.
* Action workforce planning by collaborating with HR and recruitment to ensure operator qualifications, inductions, and availability are up to date.
* Oversee cost control and reporting, including timesheet reconciliation, cross-hire approvals, and discrepancy resolution.
* Drive operational efficiency by identifying lost opportunities, streamlining processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met and operations remain uninterrupted.
Requirements
