Occupational rehabilitation professionals play a vital role in enabling individuals to engage in meaningful occupations, thereby promoting optimal health and wellbeing. In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop graded return-to-work plans for workers with psychological injuries.
1. Support injured workers by identifying coping strategies and implementing job accommodations.
2. Conduct vocational assessments to determine new employment goals and provide counselling to support the transition process.
3. Work with injured workers to identify opportunities for job placement that align with their capacity, experience, and local labour market.

* A minimum of full or provisional Psychologist registration with AHPRA or full membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor with ASORC or RCAA is required.
