You will be responsible for providing practice development leadership to the Peer Workforce and the peer work discipline, including peer supervision, reflective practice and community of practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or related field.
* Completion of Intentional Peer Support Core and/or Advanced training is highly regarded.
* Proven experience working directly with people with mental health challenges, AOD challenges, legal issues, complex needs and with their families, carers and supporters.
* Experience in coaching, mentoring and developing teams to achieve best quality service outcomes.
