YOUR ROLE
Reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record, you will relish the challenge and mentorship in providing top quality innovative advice+ resolving disputes for high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including:
* Drafting/advising on by-laws, building defects, strata/community management agreements, building management/caretaker agreements, company constitutions, easements, leases/ licences;
* Property/strata/ construction litigation including appearances in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are EITHER a PROPERTY AND/OR CONSTRUCTION solicitor with minimum 3 years (or MORE) experience with some SPECIALIST experience in STRATA LAW (essential);
* Have front-end advisory/transactional experience (essential) and litigation experience (preferable);
