Opportunity
This is not your typical Executive Assistant role!
Joining a highly regarded investment and advisory firm, you'll become a trusted partner to two senior executives, supporting them across both professional and personal priorities while gaining exposure to founders, investors, business leaders and high-growth companies.
The culture is genuinely exceptional. The team is ambitious, collaborative and down-to-earth, with a strong emphasis on trust, accountability and continuous improvement. This is an environment where people are empowered to take ownership, contribute ideas and make a meaningful impact.
If you're looking for a role where you can grow alongside experienced leaders and become a true extension of the executive team, this is an outstanding opportunity.
Responsibility
Supporting two executives with different working styles, your ability to adapt, communicate effectively and anticipate needs will be critical to your success. You will:
* Manage complex diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements and stakeholder relationships
* Provide high-level executive support across both business and personal matters
* Act as the operational backbone of the office, ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly
* Coordinate events, leadership meetings, investor engagements and team initiatives
* Liaise with external service providers and support the execution of marketing and brand activities
* Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
* Build trusted relationships and confidently manage competing priorities
This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action, solving problems before they arise and creating order in a fast-moving environment.
Expertise
We're seeking a proactive, ambitious and highly capable Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-performance culture. You will bring:
* Previous experience supporting senior executives within professional services, investment, property, family office or similarly fast-paced environments
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and manage upwards
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* A solutions-focused approach and natural sense of ownership
* A desire to learn, grow and continuously improve
* Strong cultural alignment and a team-first attitude
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is hungry, adaptable and genuinely excited to become a valued member of a high-performing team.
