ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in connecting talented candidates with rewarding opportunities. This permanent position offers the chance to develop your skills in recruitment by managing client relationships, attracting and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and overseeing offer management and onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand recruitment needs
* Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, databases, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
* Write and post effective job adverts
* Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
* Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability
* Coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and prepare candidates for client interviews
* Manage offer processes and support candidate onboarding
* Maintain accurate records and monitor compliance with Recruitonline
* Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
* Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and candidates
* Well-organized with great attention to detail
* Proactive and driven to achieve recruitment goals
* Familiarity with sourcing tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, and candidate databases
* A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
