Job Overview

This leadership role is a pivotal position in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a retail leader, you will play a key part in achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.


Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales targets and cost control.
2. Store Presentation: Maintain store presentation, ensuring it's welcoming and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community.
3. Culture Development: Drive a one-team culture that prioritizes team member health, safety, and wellbeing.
