Description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Administer payroll tax, superannuation, child support payments, and wage on-charge invoices.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly General Ledger payroll journals.
- Interpret Awards and Agreements and provide payroll advice to staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation and deadlines.
- Drive process improvement and change management initiatives
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and position descriptions.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate performance reviews, pay increases, and bonus letters.
- Other ad hoc tasks
Profile
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
