As Digital Producer you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day updates of the HCF website, HCF app, and various microsites, as well as governing, and executing campaigns and website end to end user experience.
You will work closely with the Digital Product team, brand and content teams, technology, as well as internal stakeholders across the business.
You'll be motivated to ensure the experience you're creating and publishing is focused on the needs of the users and aligns with customer experience strategies.
You will have customer focused and data driven approach to provide an exceptional connected experience across HCF channels; and drive member acquisition, experience, and retention.
Senior Digital Producer The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Digital Producer to lead the day-to-day content updates and user experience delivery across HCF's digital platforms, including our main website, app, and 250+ microsites.
In this key role, you'll work across departments and with external partners to bring seamless, data-driven digital experiences to life-improving engagement, acquisition, and retention of our members.You'll be a strategic thinker, a hands-on producer, and a champion for the customer, bringing together creativity, technical knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is an 18-month max term contract What You'll Do Manage ongoing content updates for the HCF website, app, and microsites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Jira, and Confluence.
Collaborate with brand, content, marketing teams, and agency partners to understand business goals and translate them into compelling digital experiences.
Develop wireframes and concepts that align with user needs and campaign objectives.
Leverage customer insights, data analytics, and feedback to optimise user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Provide recommendations to streamline internal processes and improve delivery efficiency for digital production tasks.
Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns, initiatives, and business-as-usual (BAU) activity.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to support key digital projects.
About You Minimum 5 years' experience in digital production, either in-house or agency-side.
Strong hands-on experience with Content Management Systems-preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
Knowledge of Adobe suite tools (e.g. Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics) is advantageous.
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user experience principles.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt quickly.
