Permanent Full-Time receptionist opportunity in our state of the art public dental clinic in Ballarat.
**About the Role**
The purpose of a dental receptionist is to support the efficient and effective delivery of dental services to GH patients. This is achieved by providing a high level of clerical and administrative support to the dental team and delivering exceptional customer service directly to our patients.
**Key Responsibilities**
Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner, ensuring a smooth check-in process
. Ensuring our patients receive understanding and focused customer experience in their dental journey
. Management of many appointment books Answering phone calls and managing several phone line

- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- A high level of initiative and motivation
- A drive to learn and flourish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and use common knowledge as required
- Previous dental knowledge or experience is preferred
