The opportunity
Join the AUSPAC People function and support in delivering the payroll for Australia and New Zealand – 4,000+ employees. As a Payroll Specialist you will play a crucial role in payroll, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, output, reporting and lodgement.
Your new role
* Assist in delivering the Australian and New Zealand fortnightly payroll for over 4,000 employees in ADP's GlobalView with high accuracy and standard.
* Calculate and process termination and redundancy payments for Australia and New Zealand.
* Resolve and answer queries related to payroll across Australia and New Zealand.
* Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and participate in the continuous improvement of payroll processes.
* Monitor the correctness, eligibility, and timeliness of payments in compliance with Awards, EBA's, Employment Contracts, organisational policies, and relevant legislation.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team and help us deliver an efficient and accurate payroll service to our growing business.
* Deep understanding of legislative requirements in respect of payroll (eg PAYG, SGC and payroll tax).
* Proven experience in a similar role in a large complex organisation.
* Strong knowledge of AU & NZ payroll.
* ADP GlobalView/SAP and Workday experience is preferred but not essential.
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
