Scope of work:
The works include Construction of HME and LV roads a concreteoverpass along with associated infrastructure to enablefuture mining pit development. Ancillary activities includeborrow area establishment, drill and blast, crushing and screening,site pads, park-up areas, service corridors, drainage, bunds,windrows, communications pads and access tracks, including allassociated civil works
To be considered for this position as a MaintenanceSupervisor you must possess the following as aminimum:
* Australian Manual Drivers Licence
* Australian recognised Trade Certificate
* Tickets; White Card, Section 26 (essential)
* Extensive experience in a senior capacity within the Civilor Mining FIFO sectors
* Familiarity of Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachiearthmoving equipment
* Strong financial understanding and acumen
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Managing, leading and mentoring a team of maintenancepersonnel
* Ensuring optimal utilisation of fleet to limit downtime
* Continually streamlining mobile plant maintenanceactivities
* Implementing best maintenance practice and procedures
* Developing and providing reports to Project Management
* Maintaining a high level of safety standards
