We are looking for a Sales Associate Online to join our Sales Operations team supporting our Stockland Residential Communities team. A great opportunity to utilise your customer service, sales, and administration qualities, blending them into one.
About the role
As a Sales Associate Online, you will enhance Stockland’s competitive position by effectively supporting new sales enquiries and playing a key role in our Customer Journey. You’ll focus on phone and digital communication channels to support and engage with customers. Delivering market-leading sales qualification conversations and customer support, you’ll help customers with their decision-making process and progression towards a new home.
This role is based from our Melbourne Head Office on Collins Street but offering flexibility to work from our project offices as well as home. A full-time permanent role that will require some flexibility to work 5-day shifts across the week and on a rotating roster, every 6 – 8 weeks, weekend, or a week of evening shifts, finishing at 9pm.

8. A strong customer focus is what drives you – you understand delivering outstanding customer sales and service and being a customer advocate, as you will be the first point of contact for all incoming online enquiries (telephone, website, social media, and live chat)
9. Experience and proven track record in a customer centric role, (with a focus on property ideal but not essential), within a sales and service environment, such as a contact centre or similar
10. You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
11. An interest in driving sales
12. You have strong communication skills and the ability to deal with a wide audience of people
13. Great with technology and can pick up new systems easily – if you have experience with Salesforce, even better, but we are happy to train you or experience with another CRM would be beneficial
14. You can build and maintain relationships with customers focusing on delivering exceptional service that embeds Stockland as the preferred product choice in this market
