Permanent full-time position as a Parts and Inventory Specialist within an established family owned construction business in the Darwin region. For a Workshop Procurement Assistant, Parts Coordinator, or Parts and Operations Coordinator interested in Ordering and collecting parts for servicing and repairs of the company fleet.
* Requires previous experience with heavy vehicle parts and good computer skills
* Salary guide: $90000 - $100000

A normal day includes
* Working as part of a team and assist with manual tasks as needed
* Utilize computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, for various tasks
* Handle mid to high volume of phone calls with internal staff and suppliers.
* Maintain and organize the internal parts/store, including stock control and inventory
* Ordering and collecting parts and consumables for servicing and repairs of the company fleet
* Update and perform data entry for internal company documentation, such as Fleet Service spreadsheet and job card spreadsheet
* Manage bulk diesel for company use, including monitoring usage, obtaining quotes, and organizing delivery
You will be working Monday to Friday 7am-5pm + Half Day Saturday
