We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator.
This role will involve maintaining client databases, preparing client packages, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients, and providing administrative support to the accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
They will also need to be able to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve, as well as communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
A valid working visa for Australia is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
