Billing and Receivable Manager role available in a Health Services setting.

* Knowledge of current legislation and funding frameworks.
In this role you will contribute to process improvements and drive optimisation of billing systems. You will also ensure compliance with relevant obligations and manage relationships with private health insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage follow-up and action required for unreconciled bank and general ledger items.
* Develop and maintain efficient transactional processes focused on business outcomes.
* Ensure quality and accuracy of work emanating from Health Services Revenue.
* Contribute to projects for billings and receivables systems and data source systems.
* Register Health services departments with Government body portals.
* Manage month end process for billing and receivables sub-systems revenue.
* Provide ongoing assessment of reports used at month end.
* Manage billing and collection process for inpatient and outpatient services.
* Identify under-realised revenue streams available to Health Services.
* Liaise with peers in the Revenue Management space across Victorian public health services.
