Administration Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will have experience in office management, be able to work under pressure, and have the ability to lead and motivate a team. They will also be proficient in computer software, particularly Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team, including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, recruitment, and monthly reporting.
* Assist in resolving issues and making quick decisions to ensure timely and accurate services.
* Maintain a high level of organization and prioritize workload effectively.
