Global Health and Management College is a prospective RTO looking for admin/student support staff to join our team.
We are currently seeking an RTO Administration & Student Support Officer for a part-time/full-time contract role.
The role will involve:
* Providing Student Support via phone and email
* Enrolling students into the learning management system
* Entering student AVETMISS data into our RTO Management System
* Supporting our trainers and working with other administration and student support staff
* Sales tasks such as entering prospects into a database, etc.
* Some accounts receivable tasks
* Processing student enrolments / issuing reports.
* File audits, filings, and archiving.
* Preparation and scanning of documents.
Essential Requirements
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* High level computer skills across a range of applications and good typing skills
* Attention to detail.
* Experience in an administration role within an RTO will be added value
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $44,817.00 – $55,110.00 per year
