Job Description About the program:The Parent Pathways Program aims to support parents and caregivers by offering vital guidance and resources to help them navigate their parenting journey by providing them with mentorship, support and the opportunity to be more engaged with their community.About the Position:As a Parent Pathways Mentor, you will play a key role in empowering parents, fostering positive development, and connecting them to essential community resources. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build supportive relationships with parents, run programs in the community, and carry out mentoring sessions in group or individual settings.The Parent Pathways Mentor will service areas south of the Swan River.
