As a Planning Professional, you will play an integral role on a major project in the critical minerals sector.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed integrated engineering schedule aligned with standards and stakeholder needs across project phases. This includes studies, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of planning experience within the engineering, mining, construction, or oil & gas industry. A tertiary qualification or equivalent in a relatable field is also required.
You should possess proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and Microsoft Project. Strong background in detailed reporting, including Earned Value Analysis and progress S-Curves, is highly regarded.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to determine full logic, activity durations, and other inputs for the project schedule. You will also track, monitor, and manage project progress and schedule, offering corrective guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a detailed integrated engineering schedule.
* Analyse Critical Path activities.
* Participate in Schedule Risk Analysis workshops as required.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to determine full logic, activity durations, and other inputs for the project schedule.
* Track, monitor, and manage project progress and schedule.
* Provide timely, accurate project reports, including forecasting and S-Curves.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of planning experience within the engineering, mining, construction, or oil & gas industry.
* Tertiary qualification or equivalent in a relatable field.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
