**"Lincraft" is in an exciting growth phase and now requires a Part Time Supervisor for our Ballarat Store.**
**The Successful applicant will need to have proven experience in**:
- Retail experience/preferably management.
- Strong sales focus
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Great organisational skills and a hands-on approach
- Ability to motivate staff and maintain efficient processes
- Passionate about knitting/beading/scrap booking
- Understanding fabrics
- Strong interest in Craft and Furnishings
