About the role
Reporting to the Patient Services Team Lead, this position exists to provide high quality administrative and reception support and exceptional customer service to patients within one of Queensland's busiest fertility specialist private practices at our Gold Coast clinic.
The incumbent will require flexibility to work rotating Saturday mornings and public holidays when required.
In this role you will be accountable for:
Delivering exceptional customer service
Reception duties and administration support
Medical billing and receipting
Managing all patient bookings
Ideally you will bring:
A track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Previous experience in a busy medical practice
Ability to meet performance and service expectations
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of medical billing
Experience using Genie software
Medical dictaphone typing, MS Word and data entry skills
A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group values
