Job Summary
Deliver high-quality support to our Radiation Oncology team as an administration professional.
This role involves managing incoming referrals, registering new patients, coordinating and scheduling appointments, along with assisting the wider team to deliver a timely and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide front-line customer service to patients, undertaking tasks for referral management, making new patient appointments and treatment review appointments.
* Take pride in the quality of work performed and be responsible at all times.
* Provide cover and be rostered to other administration roles to support planned and unplanned leave.
Requirements
* Demonstrated competence in administrative skills and general office procedures.
* Excellent customer service skills and experience.
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
* Computer and general literacy with accurate keyboard and data entry skills.
* Ability to work unsupervised with excellent time management skills.
