NEED FT RESTAURANT MANAGER, START IMMIDIATELY
We are a family run restaurant, running for over 25 years located in Noosaville of Queensland. We are looking for 1 experienced manager on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will be positive, courteous, and ambitious, and be
passionate about managing, customer service and teamwork.
Main job duties for this position:
* Assist with the creative ideas to enhance guest experience
* The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to exceed customer expectations
* Supervising and leading the restaurant team in all areas such as operations, employee engagement and training & development
* Innovative approach to Beverage & Cocktail List, understanding beverage trends
* Drive the team to achieving key revenue targets and create strategies to meet budget
* Beverage inventory and cost management
* Roster management
* Reservations & event management
* Be knowledgeable of and operate within liquor licensing guidelines and house management policies
Qualification / Experience
* Educational background in managing & Hospitality or equivalent is preferred.
* Experience within a restaurant environment is preferred
* High standards in customer service
* High level of interpersonal, communication and team skill
