Site Manager Job
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our construction team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our building projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
About the Role:
* Manage Construction Teams: Lead and manage a team of tradespeople and contractors to deliver high-quality residential builds safely, efficiently, and within contractual timeframes.
* Coordinate Logistics: Manage the allocation of materials and trades to job sites to ensure timely construction of projects.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings.
* Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety procedures on site to minimize risks and ensure compliance with company processes and systems.
* Customer Service: Liaise with customers and council as required to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during the building process.
About You:
* Experience: You will have significant experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-residential living construction planning.
* Qualifications: A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management is essential.
* Skills: You will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
