This is a hands-on leadership position supporting the Store Manager to create a high-performing, customer-focused environment.
You'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace
* Driving store sales and helping the team hit targets
* Coaching and developing team members
* Monitoring KPIs and delivering strong store results
* Leading by example on the floor
* Ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures

Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you bring:
* Experience in retail management (2-3 years)
* Confidence working with KPIs, budgets and store operations
* Strong customer service instincts and genuine people skills
* Experience managing stock and inventory
* Willingness to learn, improve and adapt
* Interest or experience in automotive retail (advantage but not essential)
