Surf Life Saving Northern Territory (SLSNT) are looking for someone passionate about training in the aquatic and emergency care industry.
This is a full-time position in an iconic public safety organisation and will suit someone who is looking for a meaningful role in the community.
The successful candidate will
Essential
* Have the right to work in Australia, current ochre card (working with children's check) and NT driver's licence.
* Hold or willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience in the delivery of first aid and or lifesaving training courses.
* Demonstrated ability to work constructively with a wide range of stakeholders, including volunteers, commercial clients and RTO compliance staff.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and lead a small team of trainers in the planning and implementation of SLSNT programs.
* Competent computer skills using Microsoft Office suite, student management databases and learning management systems.
Desirable
* Experience with data / admin entry systems used by RTOs such as aXcelerate
* Knowledge and prior experience within first aid and aquatic and lifesaving industry
* Background in Lifeguarding or Lifesaving services
