About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to live their best lives.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to individuals in their homes and within the community, enabling them to live independently.
* Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal planning, cooking, and light cleaning.
* Support individuals in developing important skills such as housekeeping, social skills, and budgeting.
* Facilitate community connections through socialising and participating in outings.
Requirements
* You must be available for shift work, including nights, sleepovers, and weekends.
* Dedication to empowering people with disabilities is essential.
* Flexibility and ability to meet physical requirements are necessary.
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is desirable but not mandatory.
